1. Acceptance of Terms

By inviting the Alto Discord Bot ("Alto", "we", "us", or "our") to your Discord server, or by logging into the Alto web dashboard, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use Alto.

2. Description of Service

Alto provides a suite of tools for Discord servers, including but not limited to: music track leaderboards, song card voting mini-games, server configuration, moderation automations, and custom commands. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time without notice.

3. User Conduct & Restrictions

You agree not to use Alto to:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or Discord's Developer Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
• Exploit, manipulate, or artificially inflate votes on the Alto Leaderboard system.
• Distribute malicious content, spam, or abusive material through Alto's custom commands or announcement features.
• Attempt to bypass, hack, or disrupt the bot's infrastructure or premium restrictions.

We reserve the right to permanently blacklist any user or server from utilizing Alto if these terms are violated.

4. Alto Premium & Billing

Alto offers optional Premium subscriptions (Monthly, Yearly, and Lifetime) that unlock additional features and remove limitations. By purchasing Premium, you agree to our billing terms:

• Refunds: We offer a fully refundable 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with Premium within your first 7 days, you may request a full refund via our Support Server.
• Renewals: Monthly and Yearly plans will automatically renew unless canceled prior to the billing date.
• Transferability: Premium status is tied to the purchasing user and can be transferred to different servers owned or managed by that user via the dashboard.

5. Limitation of Liability

Alto is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the bot will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. In no event shall the creators of Alto be liable for any damages, data loss, or server disruptions resulting from the use or inability to use the bot.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of Alto after any changes constitutes your consent to the new terms.
